Using it you can direct the most common questions there rather than to your telephone so that you will be left free to cope with the really difficult stuff. The page can handle as many question and answer pairs as you want, and these are grouped by category to keep them in rational order. You can have as many categories as you wish too, simply by typing in the name with your question/answer pair, it is created, so you just type in the same thing for other questions and you have a group.
